“The plans of the righteous are just, but the advice of the wicked is deceitful.”

There are business people I trust and want to work with. Whether it’s something I need done on my house, car, medically, or an opportunity to invest in, I have a short list of who I’m calling. Because of my role with “The Edge,” I enjoy the privilege of connecting people who need something that one of them offers. Godly leaders tend to have plans that succeed, certainly more often than those who are dishonest. When Solomon speaks about the righteous, he is referring specifically to God’s committed servants. That is the distinction that matters. When God’s people pursue their calling His way, they do not lack His blessing. I’m a starter. I love starting new ministries, businesses, or projects—it’s part of how I’m built. Watching God’s people in the planning stage is fascinating. It can be magical to those whose gifts are different. God’s people never treat others unfairly or take advantage of them. The wicked, on the other hand, often look for ways to take advantage of others while preparing their plans. They serve an evil master, while we serve a Holy and Living God. Today, watch and be a righteous leader. #BeTheEdge
